The billing desk lets you request invoices, reconcile payments, ask for refunds and propose plan changes. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

UPI and bank-transfer details displayed on the billing page must be used only for the intended transaction. You are responsible for entering the correct amount, UPI ID/VPA and transaction reference.

Refunds are processed according to the refund and SLA credit policy shown on the billing page and any signed services agreement.

We do not collect card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP through this website. Never send sensitive payment credentials by email or form.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of this website, without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms, abused our systems, or pose a security or legal risk.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability, disclaimers and governing law — will survive.
